Morgan will be on the U.S. cover of the game, alongside Barcelona's Lionel Messi. Other countries will have various players repented on the cover across the world.
Morgan, who has scored 52 goals in 91 caps with the national team, is among a trio of women that will grace the cover this year. She joins Canada's Christine Sinclair and Australia's Stephanie Catley.
This year's version of FIFA will be the first to include women's teams, with 12 new national teams added to the game. The USWNT, who are coming off a World Cup victory, were featured in a promo for the game earlier this year.
FIFA 16 will be available for PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. It hits stores in September.
